1) UK DELIVERIES

1.1          We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL for UK deliveries.

1.2          We offer both standard and express delivery. For standard and Express UK deliveries we may use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.

Standard UK Delivery Terms

1.3          If your order weighs 5kg or less and you have selected standard delivery in UK, it will be charged @ £10.00 flat for each individual order. If your order weighs above 5kg, postage cost may be charged higher. If you expect orders to be above 5kg in weight, please contact our customer services to enquire about postage charges on your order.

1.4          Our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch on the next working day [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date it was dispatched. If your order has not been received within 5 working days, please contact us directly.

1.5          Orders dispatched on a Royal Mail Service may or may not be tracked and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.

1.6          Orders dispatched with DPD and DHL are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

Express UK Delivery Terms

1.7          For Express deliveries [only in UK] will be charged @ £15 for orders weighing up to 1kg, @ £20 for orders weighing above 1kg and up to 5kg. For orders weighing above 5kg, we can only offer standard delivery. In case of orders weighing above 5kg, please contact our customer service for relevant postage cost.

1.8          For express UK delivery, we can accept only orders for maximum 5 pieces/ units of any particular product whereas orders received before 2.00pm will be processed and dispatched next working day and will reach you within 3 working days.  Orders received after 2.00pm will be processed and dispatched day after next working day and will reach you within 4 working days.

1.9          Orders through express UK delivery will require signature, therefore, if package is returned due to unavailability of recipient, our company will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the customer, however, delivery can be re-arranged upon customer’s contact to our customer services.

1.10       Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays), meaning an express order placed after 2.00pm on a Thursday but before 2.00pm on a Friday, will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday (excl. bank holidays).

1.11       We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions etc.

1.13       Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, therefore, customers are encouraged to discuss postage cost prior to their order being dispatched.

2) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

2.1          For international deliveries, customers are requested to contact our customer services for postage cost confirmation as it varies from country to country and / or according to weight and item.

2.2          We currently use two options for international deliveries, a non-tracked service with Royal Mail and a tracked service through DHL.

2.3          For international deliveries please allow at least 20 working days for orders to arrive.

2.4          If your order is sent with Royal Mail, your order will not be tracked. If your order is sent with DHL, you will receive a tracking email to show the progress of the order.

2.5          When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.

2.6          Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.

2.7          Please note that our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries and / or at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail center and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded. Some countries may be out of service limit area of our third party carriers i.e. Royal mail and DHL, in such cases we may not be able to process customer’s orders. Therefore, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service for detail regarding dispatch to their desired destination country.

Both in case of UK deliveries and international deliveries, our shipping policy and / or any terms and conditions along with postage cost therein may be reviewed and revised any time without prior notice. Customers are requested to read our latest policy every time they place order. Our company will not be responsible for any loss borne by customer due to change in our policy.
